I just checked both 1080p and 720p, video and audio seems to be in sync.
MPC works fine. In VLC audio seems to be going off for a sec here and there.
Please check in MPC player or other. Which player you are using?
Android player.
Imported the vid to editing software to get a closer look. To see if its the vid. It starts of with about 2 sec delay easy fix, happens sometimes.
After I fixed it it happens again.
Looking closely, there are many 0,4 seconds of nothing added here and there to the audio.
It only happens in silent passages, so you don’t notice unless you inspect the audio of the video.
Looks like this _________ ____________2,4 sec
Should look like this _____________________ 2 sec
This moves the sound out of sync with the video.
Different number of gaps for each scene so different delays, very strange.

Yes, this out of sync noticeable in VLC but not in MPC for some reason.
Very strangely both FHD and HD !
did you checked in MPC (Media Player Classic) ?
Yes, but still same. I think its the actual release being like this, after inspecting raw audio. Not unlikely, just look at piyo 122.
The studio haven’t done anything and that vid is basically unwatchable. Same 3 min scene played over every 5 min.
